| Description | The exercise involved three tasks. The first one was creating a four-panel table for event program readings, the second was on using word features to create fillable forms for feedback about the summer camp, and the last task was about using word features to implement MLA formatting. Among the three cases, several skills were acquired, namely, using show or hide option, changing page orientation, document setup, inserting text from a file, applying themes and styles, especially on tables and sort command, as well as picture modification. Among these skills, picture modification and sort command were the most challenging. Although moving a picture appeared easy, I found that it no longer easy when it came to adjusting the image into their respective positions on the page. In this case, I had to dig further on how to operate some feature of word file, including the use of developer tools to ensure that required tasks are done. Also, the use of sort commands proved difficult because I could not quickly figure out some of the commands in the word. In this case, it took me some time to search for the commands on respective tabs before I could finally utilize them in the exercise. |
