In the In The Life episode, “Revising Gender,” why was/is the appointment of Dr. Kenneth Zucker to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual (DSM) subcommittee such a controversial issue for trans activists and allies?: What is one of the his methods for diagnosis and treatment of gende-variant children? Along these lines, what is his “goal” for gender-variant children? And finally how does he view adult transsexualism, and is Dr. Zucker an advocate for the transgender and transsexual community.
