What are the factors contribute to wealth disparity within China?

1.Find GDP, Population, GDP per head data from eg: China stats year book to construct a graph on Standard deviation of GDP per head of all provinces over the period of 1980 to 2005 (5 yrs interval, 6 data points) to show the disparity pattern.

2.construct a graph of growth rate vs income/capital of all regions to see if all the points convergent and the trend of disparity.

3. construct graph on the distance of different regions from port to show that coastal cities develop faster cause of the location.

4.compare US and Japan economic mechanism with China to show that if open economy helps close the gap of wealth disparity.
