The Pearsons case and Emily murphy

I need about 3-4 pages on the persons case and how it is related/significance to the women’s movement transition of equality. just background on Emily Murphy and her significance in the persons case and women’s movement.
If you can relate it to the arguement that laws do not always benefit men at the expense of women (also look at all the changes that have been made).
