Textbook used: Management; Current Practices and New Directions (Dyck/Neubert)
This “case analysis” should be based on the case found on
pages 127-128 in the textbook. The first part of the analysis (500
words) should use concepts from the course to describe what is happening
in the factory (e.g., where is it on the Mainstream-Multistream
continuum, what organizational type is it, SWOT analysis). In the
second part (500 words) imagine that you have been hired as a consultant
and have been asked to help the factory to become more Multistream.
What advice would you give?
