draft a word document plan and excel sheet work break structure for tasks  as a project manager to complete them for approval with measurement and timeframe. the project is belong to environment health and safety department. the plan for the project to be completed middle of 2014.
each task need WBS with details .   the tasks for WBS are as following:
1-risk management
2- incident report.
3-Emergency Plans.
4-Fire Protection.
5-Medical Supplies.
6-HAZMAT
