Pick one of the following:

1       Visit the PsychTests website for a Communication Skills Test at http://www.psychtests.com/cgi-bin/tests/transfer.cgi. Write a one page journal entry about what the test revealed about yourself and what you intend to do to improve your communication weaknesses.

2.  Visit the following website to assess your listening skills http://people.senecac.on.ca/peter.miller/LISTENIN.pdf Write a one page journal entry about what the test revealed about yourself and what you intend to do to improve your communication weaknesses.

Make sure your entry is one page and refers back to the results you received from the assessments. Be specific about what you will do to improve your communication weaknesses. Do not just give me vague sentences like “I need to work on this” or ” I will improve this skill.” Explain exactly how you will improve the specific skill deficit. Name the skill/(s) you need to work on specifically. Talk about the assessment you took in your journal entry.
