our assignment will be to interview a knowledgeable outside resource from this list: Ombudsman, Regulatory Department, Quality Monitor Program, Program Manager, or Surveyor (all within the scope of long term care)

It is important to know that not every objective must be covered, and additional information may be added. You can decide the layout of the paper and the page requirement. There is no preferred style and no page minimum or maximum.

It is imperative that you list your contact person and their contact information. Depending on the outcome of the interview, your source may be contacted. This interview can be conducted face to face or via telephone interview.
