Thoroughly describe how your proposed health system will function in terms of financing, delivery, insurance and payment.

Address at least 2 issues that might be present with your new system.  What are the solutions to these two issues?

Refer back to your original discussion posting (#1).  Within this assignment, you drafted an ideal health system.  Relate your findings in that assignment to this paper.  Are your thoughts still the same?  Are they different now?  What changed over the course of the semester and why?  (This page should be at least ½ page long.)
