3) What types of employers must comply with affirmative action? How could affirmative action implementation conflict with EEO compliance? How can affirmative action be a positive force in the workplace?

4) What social events helped to create the need for the development of unions? What is the impact of unionization on employment laws? How has the creation of employment laws impacted union membership?
