1. Briefly describe your internship. What organization are you working for? What unit within the organization? What is the purpose of the organization? What is the purpose of your unit? What is your role? What are you responsible for?

2. Make a list of goals you would like to achieve during your internship. You should have at least three goals and no more than five. Use the following format to develop your goals:

Think of three goals, these goals should be related to a student with management major but at the same time related to the job position for example,  talk about improve interpersonal skills, and any management skills (be specific) you can think of.

A) What specifically what you would like to KNOW, be able to DO, or have ACHIEVED by the end of your internship?
B) Give TWO specific actions will you take to accomplish this goal and the date by which you will accomplish it.

C) How will you and others know you’ve accomplished this objective? In other words, how will your success be measured? Be specific.

3. Develop an overall Goal Statement. Combine elements from each objective above into a one-paragraph statement of your overall goals. Describe why these goals are important to you. Discuss your objectives, actions, and assessment methods. This paragraph should give the “big picture” of what you hope to gain from this experience.
