Part 1:

Part 2:

You are required to provide an answer to each question in the eight categories (below). There should be 16 answers in total. Each answer should be one paragraph in length (about 130 words). At least one of the responses from each category must be related to your professional practice placement.

Making reference to the material and information provided in Workshop 9 and in the Study Guide, explain and give an example of how you could improve safe work practices in: (a) your work placement organization; and (b) other places where you have worked.
