Now about the case, it is an analysis of a 15 page case (title: 3M in 2006) The analysis is basically based on a Porter 5 forces analysis and a SWOT analysis of the firm in combination with current internet articles that describe the current situation of the firm. All those mixed together must produce some possible scenarios and analysis of those scenarios of how the company can improve in order to continue to exist in the market, how can it improve, how to beat competitors etc.
