Workplace Bullying

My main topic will be the research of workplace bullying: causes, prevention, how to handle them. What it can do to the workplace in general, and how it poses a negative reflection on the workplace. I will also be addressing what exactly workplace violence is, how it is caused, what it can do to the workplace in general, and ways to prevent it. I will go into detail on how to keep the workplace environment a safe and fun place for every employee, hitting some of the major point and problems that workplaces have today.
