You can only use the US constitution, the articles of confederation and the federalist paper relevant to quote. The quote you will need to explain what it means, does the quote refer to problems that defined the country during the articles of confederation era, explain how the quotation connects to the US constitution (or the articles of Confederation). Use a specific and explicit examples from these documents to support and explain and explain the relevance of the quote to contemporary American politics.
