Organizational Behavior-Job Design to Increase Motivation and Job Satisfaction

An individual research paper of not less than 2,200 words (approximately 8-12 double-spaced, typed pages with 12 font). The paper will be written in the style set forth by the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association (APA), 5th ed., (2001). An abbreviated version of an APA formatting guide (Student Guide for Term Papers) is provided. Approximately 10-15 references should be incorporated into the paper. Students should think in terms of answering a question regarding Organizational Behavior. The paper should have an introductory section, a literature review of current quality journal articles or studies that have been accomplished in the same topic area, and a conclusion section. Students who choose to use surveys or statistical analysis as part of their research will need to provide an analysis section.
