The purpose of the Final Project is to apply the concepts and techniques of the module to the analysis of the development of a statement of work (SOW), work breakdown structure (WBS), project network diagram, and Gantt chart based on the following case study:

You are expected to use diverse sources of information and to carry out an original analysis rather than summarise or rehash existing work. You should use information from the textbook, journal articles, and other sources to carry out an original analysis of the project. You should also ensure that appropriate risk considerations are addressed. Namely, the identification, planning and management of risk as well as any mitigating activity. In doing so, you will use the project proposal submitted in Week 6 and the project outline submitted in Week 8, to build a final and completed project. You are encouraged to create business instances and data from your own experience (where possible) in MS Project or OpenProj, providing tasks, dependencies, and resources based on the case study.
