Should the death penalty be allowed?

Research Paper (10 PAGES)
1.    This is a moral position research paper, wherein you are required to thoroughly research and clearly present and argue for a specific moral position on one issue.
2.    Present the issue (1-2 Pages).
3.    CLEARLY state your position (preferably in one sentence).
4.    Develop your position through moral reasoning, clearly identifying and utilizing the moral theories that are best suited to your argument (3-4 Pages).
5.    Develop opposing viewpoint(s) offering both exposition and critique from at least one other perspective (3-4 Pages).
6.    Offer a conclusion that carefully summarizes and assesses the key elements of the previous discussion.(1 Page)
7.    Must include bibliography at the end of your paper (on a separate sheet), not to be included as part of your 10 written pages.
a.    Include at least 8 sources (no more than two from the internet).
b.    Bibliography must conform to MLA bibliographic specifications (If you use another citation style, see me beforehand).
