Consider a situation that does NOT involve your workplace.

You may consider situation such as, within your family, between you and your landlord/tenants, at your place of worship, between you and your pet, etc.

Be sure to explain the situation you have chosen and identify who is more like the employer/management and who is more like the union. (You may take either side

Imagine setting up a C.B.A. (collective bargaining agreement).
Identify what would be mandatory bargaining subjects, voluntary bargaining subjects and potentially illegal bargaining subjects (review Chapter 6).
Pick three subjects and/or clauses and actually draw up your proposal for those subjects. (It may also help you to review page 578.)
Be sure to reply to at least one of your classmate’s initial CBAs.

I do not know if you have access to the Labor Relations Process book 10th addition, but this should not take much to do. Please make sure you follow the steps as instructed.
