Process:
1. Be assigned the development of the field of HRD: a Delphi study topic,
2. Read the study which is addressing the following:
* Identify the issue or trend addressed in the study.
* Briefly summarize the key information presented in the study.
* Explain why you believe this issue or trend is significant to the practice of HRD and describe
What impact you think it will have on the practice of HRD in organizations.
* Make two recommendations for action you believe an HR manager or HR/HRD professional
Should follow to deal with the issue or trend. Explain and support your recommendations.

Scoring:
The paper will be scored on a 0 to 15 point scale. Points will be awarded as follows:
- Things you can EARN points for:
- Study Summary (5 pts) – Clear, concise identification of main points & conclusions?
- Significance/Implications for HRD professionals (5 pts) – Implications/consequences stated & supported?
c. Recommendations (5 points for each rec) – Does each recommendation clearly and convincingly state what you think should be done, how it should be done, why it should be done, and potential obstacles/risks in doing it (and ways to overcome these risks/obstacles)?
