Question 1- In Chapter 1, Schein walks you through five brief examples of organizational cultures he has encountered as a consultant. Think about your current employer (or a past one), and identify at least three of the cultural norms and issues within your organization. How have those cultural norms and issues impacted the work environment? Have these norms improved performance and morale, or hindered them?

Question 2 – In Chapter 12, Schein discusses the four stages of group evolution. Think about a work group you have belonged to in the past, either professionally or as a student, and address your experience as part of that group with respect to each of the four stages (formation, building, work, and maturity) outlined in this chapter in terms of positive or negative outcomes/experiences.
