Case Assignment:
In not less than 7 pages, select a region or country from Africa or Asia and
single out one persistent health problem. Analyze the current status of this
health problem and investigate what the national government is undertaking to
address this health problem. On your paper, be sure you address the following:
1. What are international organizations such as the U.N., WHO, USAID or the
World Bank undertaking to contribute to the solution of the problem?
2. Do you think the problem will be addressed by these aforementioned
measures? Why or why not?
